ARISTOS Dosing

Utilizing AI to make precision medicine a reality

Prescription Medicine Dosing Recommendations

Leveraging real-world clinical information to provide optimized dosing recommendations

Overview

ARISTOS Dosing

ARISTOS Dosing uses natural language processing (NLP) to analyze over 13 million clinical documents against a particular patient’s demographic, clinical history, medication lists and intended outcomes to generate optimal prescription dosing recommendations using Physician’s Desk Reference as a baseline.

Precision medicine has become a popular concept due to the emergence of advanced therapies (e.g. genetic engineering, cell therapies). However, we believe precision medicine can be applied to all current and advanced pharmacological strategies if used in the context of providing the right medicine to a particular patient for his/her need based on his/her clinical history and demographics. Balancing these variables is what ARISTOS was designed to do.

By applying artificial intelligence and natural language processing, ARISTOS Dosing can help to deliver precision medicine for all patients today.

Benefits of ARISTOS Dosing

Reduce overdependency on prescription medications

By leveraging AI algorithms to identify the optimal dose and medication for a patient’s intended outcome, we can work towards reducing over dependency on prescription medications

Delivering improved pharmacology strategies

By evaluating the possible medications against a patient’s need and restrictions and/or drug interaction risk, ARISTOS can provide better alternative pharmacology strategies – including dose, drug type and drug class.

Minimizing drug interactions

By looking across a patients prescription medicine usage, ARISTOS can identify possible drug interactions and recommend alternates.

Starting at the right dose

Patients may sometimes start at lower dosage because the complete interactions are not well understood. ARISTOS provides an analysis of these interactions so that patients can start at the right dose the first time.

Reducing the number of prescriptions

ARISTOS can take a wholistic view of a patient’s medication plan to potentially reduce the number of medications he/she is taking regularly.

Labwork recommendations

To ensure a patients pharmacology strategy is optimized for each patient, ARISTOS also provides recommendations on necessary labwork required before the start of a course of treatment.
